Foggy Glass and Spiral Balancers Replacement in Vinyl Double-Hung Window in Willow Grove, PA

For our client in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, we replaced a foggy insulated glass unit in a vinyl double-hung window. The old glass had lost its seal, causing condensation between panes and reducing visibility. The new Cardinal LoĒ²-272 insulated glass with Argon Gas significantly improved energy efficiency and clarity while preserving the window’s original grid design.

In addition, our team renewed the spiral balancers in the bottom sash to restore smooth, reliable operation. This improvement ensures the window opens and closes effortlessly, offering long-term comfort and durability.
