I brought this company in because I had previous experience with their fixing fogged insulated glass picture windows along with some rotted window framing. That job totally exceeded my expectations because of their restoration efforts. They are incredibly conscientious! This job again exceeded my expectations. The service person, ALEX, was terrific. His work was excellent, and that comes from a very fussy person who is hard to satisfy. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! So if you have a potential glass and/or frame repair issue, this company fits the bill–way cheaper than total replacements!!!
Excellent. I received a visit to see what needed to be done, followed by an estimate for the job. The men came on the date and time arranged to do the work. Cleaned up after themselves and the job was great. They prevented me from having to replace the windows.
A bit slow and complicated due to the nature of the window size and I needed to keep on top of the office concerning the install date. Initially it was to be towards the end of August and didn’t occur until the third week of September. Communication could be improved in the office, but Jen was responsive when called. However, the install crew were polite, professional, and efficient. They definitely deserve the praise. They were neat, cleaning the job site between visits and after job completion. They did an amazing, beautiful job! Thanks Ardmor for a job well done!
Project: New Windows
I hired Ardmor to replace eight windows in my 70 year old house. Working with Ardmor was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Their customer service was exceptional, they were highly professional, and the install techs were talented, efficient, courteous and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Ardmor. I am planning on hiring Ardmor again when I’m ready to do my kitchen window and door.
Project: Install or Replace Window Glass
Ardmor Windows and Doors replaced recently two double-pane glasses in my home. One of them was a patio door glass. It was the second time Ardmor did an excellent job in my home. Ardmor employees are knowledgeable, responsible, and well trained. Its customer service is excellent providing timely email and phone notifications and payment receipts. The price was very reasonable. Overall, Ardmor is a reputable company that cares about its customers. Highly recommend!
Project: Repair Window Frames
They had some scheduling issues in the beginning but after that, they came out, measured, and took a deposit for the window parts that needed to be replaced. To buy a new similar quality window would cost about $400 -$500. They charged me about $300 to repair it. It actually saved me even more because it was the center of a 3 window area and If I replaced one, I’d need to replace 3 due to cosmetic reasons. The two technicians that came out were courteous, professional and nice. We have been able to use the window without issue and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend ARDMOR, Inc!
