I had the glass in my patio door replaced because it had moisture in between the glass panes and started to have a gray look. The two gentlemen that came out and did the installation were very professional and on schedule. They took the door off, removed the old glass and cleaned out all the old compound. They also made sure that it was all cleared out before installing the new glass and new compound. Don’t let other companies tell you, you need a whole new door… that’s not true…. The crews left the space MUCH CLEANER than they found it. Workers were courteous and professional. Note: Ardmor is not cheap and they can't fix your custom windows "tomorrow." Nobody can do that. But having deal with two other Phildelphia-area companies, I can say unequivocally that Ardmor was the absolute best. Over the home's more than 100 years, previous owners had removed the original wood windows, altered window opening sizes and replaced them with single pane aluminum windows. We could feel the wind inside! Ardmor had replaced all the windows at my previous home and so I knew just who to call. This was a tricky job because it required working with the Philadelphia Historical Commission (PHC) to find windows that met their requirements to look as close to the original windows as possible. The team at Ardmor recommended Marvin Elevate windows and we love them! They worked on drawings and got them approved by the PHC, no easy task! The installers were on time, courteous, and extremely tidy and thorough. Even my neighbors commented on how diligent they were with caulking and properly flashing the windows. I brought this company in because I had previous experience with their fixing fogged insulated glass picture windows along with some rotted window framing. That job totally exceeded my expectations because of their restoration efforts. They are incredibly conscientious! This job again exceeded my expectations. The service person, ALEX, was terrific. His work was excellent, and that comes from a very fussy person who is hard to satisfy. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! So if you have a potential glass and/or frame repair issue, this company fits the bill–way cheaper than total replacements!!!

Excellent. I received a visit to see what needed to be done, followed by an estimate for the job. The men came on the date and time arranged to do the work. Cleaned up after themselves and the job was great. They prevented me from having to replace the windows.
Glass Replacement Review

A bit slow and complicated due to the nature of the window size and I needed to keep on top of the office concerning the install date. Initially it was to be towards the end of August and didn’t occur until the third week of September. Communication could be improved in the office, but Jen was responsive when called. However, the install crew were polite, professional, and efficient. They definitely deserve the praise. They were neat, cleaning the job site between visits and after job completion. They did an amazing, beautiful job! Thanks Ardmor for a job well done!

Ardmor Windows and Doors replaced recently two double-pane glasses in my home. One of them was a patio door glass. It was the second time Ardmor did an excellent job in my home. They had some scheduling issues in the beginning but after that, they came out, measured, and took a deposit for the window parts that needed to be replaced. To buy a new similar quality window would cost about $400 -$500. They charged me about $300 to repair it. It actually saved me even more because it was the center of a 3 window area and If I replaced one, I’d need to replace 3 due to cosmetic reasons. The two technicians that came out were courteous, professional and nice. We have been able to use the window without issue and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend ARDMOR, Inc!
