Marvin Windows Sash Repair

The wood fixture surrounding the glass panel is called the sash. Water damage, as a result of exposure to water and excess moisture, can cause the wood to rot. To repair a damaged sash, we replace rotten materials with new, high-quality wood. If necessary, we also paint or stain these parts for visual consistency and replace the exterior cladding. We never rely on basic epoxy or filler to repair the sash.

Located at the bottom of the window frame, the window sill is often quite susceptible to water damage as a result of heavy rains, condensation and trapped moisture.
