We had the glass replaced on 11 windows after the seals failed and the glass fogged up. The Ardmor estimate was 25% lower than the other companies we had contacted. The estimator provided an immediate quote in our home and the materials were ordered promptly. The two installation techs completed the job in 2 hours and were polite and professional. We had Ardmor perform a rather complicated repair on our Anderson patio door. After scheduling the appointment, we received confirmation and a reminder notification the day before the appointment. We received a text that they were on their way and arrived right on time. The two techs completed the repair and the door works perfectly. Would definitely use them again.

Smaller project involving the replacement of 2 failed sidelites as well as the repair of 2 other windows. The window repair was a bit tricky due to the contractor’s use of propriety/custom windows.
Original visit for a quote, a follow-up visit for measurements which resulted in a decent price jump. Ultimately Ardmor was able to work with me and after a couple more trips (again the window repairs proved not to be straight forward) every thing has been updated and looks great. Ardmor was able to save me quite a bit by repairing vs replacing everything.
I was in no particular hurry for work to be completed but Ardmor’s timeline seemed rather quick and well within expectations. Communication was solid throughout.
Wouldn’t hesitate to turn to Ardmor in the future.

Fantastic work. Our house is old, the doors are crooked, and the frame was rotting, so these guys had their work cut out for them with our front door & storm door replacement. They were thorough, detail oriented, and took their time to make sure it was perfect. We’re thrilled with the result, it looks absolutely beautiful. This is our first time we have used ARDMOR and I’m extremely satisfied with their work. We had a window with a small crack which allowed the gas inside to escape and turn the window cloudy. I contacted them and they came out and reviewed the necessary work and sent me a quote within hours. The work was scheduled about three weeks ago and they gave me several updates to remind me of the scheduled work. They came on time and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Very professional and respectful of the interior and exterior house area. The replacement window looks great! I would highly recommend this company. The price was very fair and the quality of work was excellent!

I replaced my back door with a sliding door. Overall really good experience from the quote to the installation. Installation took one day and they cleaned up well.
The only issue is when they installed the interior drywall to surround the new door. Most of the pieces did not match up to the current drywall (too thick or thin), broken pieces were used, and there were big gaps and a few nails sticking out. I was aware that they were not going to finish it completely but this just seemed sloppy.
Other than that, no complaints!

We have had Ardmor replace two custom windows and the glass for many windows, ruined by extreme sun. They are pure professionals. The crews sent for each of the three jobs were absolutely great. We needed a bit of custom woodworking done to replace two large custom windows. The crews were meticulous and had exceptional carpentry skills. The quality of the work was excellent. The team put up plastic and kept all the dirt and construction dust minimized to the rooms they were working in. The trim around the windows was beautifully done and really looks fantastic.

The customer service before the project started, when we were scheduling, was a little bit of a rough start. However, once the work started it all went very smooth.

This is the second time I have used them. Their staff is polite, pleasant and knowledgeable in their craft. This time I had them replace two windows. They make appointments and show up on time. Clean after the work is done and a separate inspector will come and check the work. They are my go to guys for windows and door.
I wish they were doing more things than windows and doors.

The end to end process was very well managed and executed. Very professional and highly recommended service. The work is impeccable. I'm wondering why did we wait so long to get this done. We got a custom sliding door for our deck and the fit and finish is great. The only negative I have is that it took about a month and a half from the time I sent my deposit and signed the contract to when we actually received the door. The company was not super proactive in providing updates either. I had to call multiple times to get an update. Other than that, it was good.

Quick and easy to schedule appointment. Call center and scheduling department were due diligent with contacting me about time changes which was convenient for me and my schedule. We had Ardmor replace 3 large triple pain windows, a patio sliding door and a trapezoid window.
They also repaired numerous Andersen windows in our 35+ year old home over the past few weeks.
The Ardmor team’s work was impeccable. They were very though and performed a high, quality job. Also, they were very respectful and protected our home during the work.
The installers also effectively communicated their estimated arrival times which was appreciated.

I contacted Ardmor to replace a multiple crack living room bay window. On my first appointment they sent someone out to look at the job so that they could order the glass. They informed me that they would contact be for installation once the glass was received. About a month later I was contacted to set-up the installment appointment. I set my appointment for the following week and my installer arrived early and got straight to work. The installer completed the work with in the time period that I was given. After the installation He cleaned the window and the area around the window. I was very pleased with the results and would call them again for any window need, I also am thinking about using them to replace some of my doors. Also, I thought that their price for the job was reasonable.

ARDMOR was great. They were able to measure the windows, then give an estimate. Once accepted, they removed the screens, rebuilt them at my place, then put them back in. They used Anderson screen material- which is about the best. Great job!

Excellent work!! I had the glass in my patio door replaced because it had moisture in between the glass panes and started to have a gray look. The two gentlemen that came out and did the installation were very professional and on schedule. They took the door off, removed the old glass and cleaned out all the old compound. They also made sure that it was all cleared out before installing the new glass and new compound. Don’t let other companies tell you, you need a whole new door… that’s not true…. I am so happy I found Ardmor… my door looks brand new….and for a fraction of what a new door would cost… Thank you Ardmor your works speaks for itself…
