Excellent work!! I had the glass in my patio door replaced because it had moisture in between the glass panes and started to have a gray look. The two gentlemen that came out and did the installation were very professional and on schedule. They took the door off, removed the old glass and cleaned out all the old compound. They also made sure that it was all cleared out before installing the new glass and new compound. Don’t let other companies tell you, you need a whole new door… that’s not true…. I am so happy I found Ardmor… my door looks brand new….and for a fraction of what a new door would cost… Thank you Ardmor your works speaks for itself…

This is the first time I have engaged Ardmor to fix some windows including replacing foggy glasses. The tech person came home to provide estimate and subsequent to approve the contract, they were able to schedule the work timely. People are professional and did a great and clean job. I consider it a bit pricey side but a great, clean, timely and professional job.

Contracted with Ardmor to replace cracked glazing of two metal-frame basement windows dating from 1960. The old glazing putty was like cement, so it was not something I was comfortable doing myself. The work was done quickly and efficiently and at what I thought was a fair price. Cleanup was thorough. We were highly satisfied with the job.

Job well done. One screen for window was not of the appropriate size, but then they asked us not to make payment until it was custom made and fixed. Very professional work. New windows cost thousands, but ARDMOR fixed and repaired old ones with fraction of the cost otherwise we would have paid. Very happy with their service.

Every bit of the process was painless. Our salesperson, Todd, did a great job of explaining the different windows and why we should go with one over another. The ordering times was only about a month, and the two guys that did the install were very professional and got the job done in a few hours. They cleaned up very well we they were done. The workmanship was great, and my window looks like it was never damaged. This would have originally been a 3 star review due to the technician showing up 90 minutes without even a call, however after contacting the main office and lodging a complaint, the matter was rectified in less than a few hours. I would recommend this company for window repair/replacement.

I had 2 screen doors and 1 basement exterior+screen door replaced by Ardmor. The basement door was an odd size and was pretty drafty, but Ardmor did a great job replacing it and it's been a noticeable difference in temperature. They aren't the cheapest, but I truly feel I got what I paid for.

We don't have enough positive things to say about working with Ardmor on this project. We bought an older house recently, and the windows were in really bad shape. The actual windows were fine, but the window frames themselves had been subjected to years of water damage and rot. Other window companies we contacted only cared about trying to sell us new windows (which we didn't need) and would not address our actual issue, which were the frames.Thankfully we found Ardmor and the work they performed was absolutely amazing. We are SO pleased with how our windows turned out and the sheer quality of work that was performed. The workers were punctual, professional, and explained everything as they went along. They cleaned up after themselves each day and we always knew what time they would be there the next day. This was a tricky custom job on very old windows and they look absolutely fantastic. If you want a company that is beyond professional with truly high-quality work, definitely reach out to Ardmor. We would work with them again in a heartbeat!

It felt like luxury construction service.Everyone came and they were ready to work. My project was riddled with complexity. The crew discussed how best to approach the project. Then they executed flawlessly like a swarm of specialized bees. I will never have anyone else install my windows. The experience with ardmor is too good.Also one more point. These are not typical windows. They are Oknaplast windows. They came from Poland and block noise. They are tilt and turn style.The installation is tricky and specialized. Ardmor did an OUTSTANDING job on our windows. We had a tenant who destroyed four windows, plus the window frames. Ardmor sent an estimator over who showed up precisely on time. The windows and materials were CUSTOM-PRODUCED as all the windows were of different sizes. On the day the work was done they sent over two separate crews, which completed the work in around six hours. The workers did both the glass work and made extensive carpentry repairs. The crews left the space MUCH CLEANER than they found it. Workers were courteous and professional. Note: Ardmor is not cheap and they can't fix your custom windows "tomorrow." Nobody can do that. But having deal with two other Phildelphia-area companies, I can say unequivocally that Ardmor was the absolute best. I highly recommend Ardmor for any window or related repair work.

We moved into a new home in a historic district of Philly and the windows were in desperate need of replacement. Over the home's more than 100 years, previous owners had removed the original wood windows, altered window opening sizes and replaced them with single pane aluminum windows. We could feel the wind inside! Ardmor had replaced all the windows at my previous home and so I knew just who to call. This was a tricky job because it required working with the Philadelphia Historical Commission (PHC) to find windows that met their requirements to look as close to the original windows as possible. The team at Ardmor recommended Marvin Elevate windows and we love them! They worked on drawings and got them approved by the PHC, no easy task! The installers were on time, courteous, and extremely tidy and thorough. Even my neighbors commented on how diligent they were with caulking and properly flashing the windows. They look great and help the home look the way it used to. We could not be more pleased with the whole process and recommend them wholeheartedly!
