UPDATE — September 2026: Happy to update this on a positive note. The storm door is installed, looks great, and works exactly as it should, installation was quick and professional. What impressed me most was how Ardmor handled things after my original review. The president personally reached out, acknowledged the communication breakdowns, and explained a CRM issue that caused the original paperwork problem. They offered a $150 goodwill reimbursement without me asking. Communication since then has been night and day, proactive and responsive. My original review was fair for what happened at the time, but companies deserve credit when they own a mistake and fix it. Ardmor did. Bumping this up to 4 stars. Original review: Paid a $1,000 deposit at my July 25 estimate and heard nothing for two weeks. When I called, I learned my signatures never went through their system, no one had told me. I had to chase them repeatedly just to get the final measurement scheduled, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I felt talked down to rather than heard. The door was finally ordered August 7. I was told it'd be expedited, then given a September 6 arrival estimate that came and went with no update. Even after management promised a same-day callback about scheduling, it never came. It wasn't the delay itself that was frustrating, it was having to initiate every single step and chase basic updates on a simple storm door order. Bottom line: Rough start, but Ardmor stepped up when given the chance to make it right. Great door, great install, and a company that listened.

I live in Elkins Park PA. The work was done professionally and completely. My only complaint was that I needed to call them to set up a date for this job to be done. When set up, they came on time and completed the job. I am satisfied with their work. It was only to repair a sliding balcony door. It works fine now.
