ENTRY DOOR REPLACEMENT

I hired ARDMOR Windows to replace 19 windows in my Aldan home. The salesman Mike was polite and thorough. The installation team (Dima, Nico and Ox) were fantastic. Efficient, communicative, and mindful of my property. Overall it was a great experience, I would highly recommend this company.

I worked with the Willow Grove store. Had window glass replaced in five windows. Cheryl kept in touch with me on a regular basis even though, once she was out sick. Danielle also was a great help. They are a credit to your company. As soon as the glass arrived they got on the job right away and the end result was clean and professional. Verry happy with the work! Will definitely use them the next time. Thanks!

Easy process with fair pricing for a single hung upper sash replacement. I recommend.

Great service! So fast

The door was exceptionally well made and the installation was perfect. My wife and I are extremely happy about the whole project. Thanks again

Entire team very professional and happy with output. Some miscommunication on specifics of the order but although frustrating at the time it was likely my oversight and I am hoping to resolve it after the fact and just order an additional two storm windows. Overall, I had 5 replacement windows and 27 storm windows installed. The 4 original windows in basement were from 1940 and the result and additional light makes me want to finish off the basement! I told them that they should have had before and after photos for marketing purposes. The aluminum storm windows are certainly not cheap but compared to replacing all the original multipane windows I think pricing was reasonable given installation and everything. They blend more seamlessly than I had originally thought they would and so keep the original architectural details in place. Brand new windows would have been nice but don’t regret my choice at all. Also appreciated that the installers replaced two broken original panes as a courtesy. Now here’s to hoping they reduce heat loss in the Vermont winters compared to the original single panes. I should add, I believe they got a business license in Vermont specifically to do my job in Brattleboro and are hoping to expand their service area. They deserve to be successful I their efforts in my opinion.

Dima did a fantastic job with my door installation. Prompt, professional, and great work!

Everything handled professionally and efficiently. Good results

Windows look great now

Great service and installation.

Nice window and the price was very very reasonable

Got the job done on time.

Repaired several single hung windows for me in the summer. Some of the pivot shoes, latches broken due to the hot sun. They also replaced a few screens for me. The job was done in a timely manner. They visited three times for estimates, measurement, and repairs. Every worker was professional. I would still use them in the future. One small thing is the tension on the new window balance is weaker, so a few repaired windows always slide an inch below the position I wanted, but not impact overall function.

We had a window panel broken and asked Ardmore Windows to fix it. They are responsive, on time, and professional. Great work done. highly recommended.

From the original estimate through to the workers on-site, an all around good experience. Arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and quietly, and kept the house clean. Highly recommend. UPDATE: Hired them again to do some additional repair/replace; different workers but same great experience - professional, friendly, efficient

Arrived on time as promised; workers were friendly, professional and efficient. Install went well and they cleaned up everything when finished.

The workers were pleasant, respectful,on time and worked very hard to complete a very hard job of repairing window sills. Cost was affordable and would hire again. Definitely would recommend! I'm from Piscataway,New Jersey.

I highly recommend Ardmore Windows in Willow Grove! From the very first phone call through the completion of the installation, every step of the process was handled with exceptional customer service. One thing that really impressed me was their attention to detail. After the initial measurements were taken, the company scheduled a second person to come out and verify them. That extra step gave me confidence that everything would be done correctly. The two gentlemen who installed the windows were professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire installation. They were a pleasure to work with and represented the company well. Most importantly, when I expressed a concern I had after the installation, Ardmore Windows addressed it immediately and without hesitation. Their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. If you're looking for a company that values quality workmanship and outstanding customer service, Ardmore Windows is an excellent choice. I would not hesitate to use them again!
