Laminates

Patterned glass, also known as obscured or decorative glass, features textured designs pressed into the surface. These patterns provide privacy while still allowing light to enter. Popular options include frosted, rain, glue chip, and matte finishes.

Tinted glass helps reduce glare and limits fading caused by sunlight. It is often used to enhance exterior appearance while improving comfort indoors. Common tint options include gray and bronze.

Coated glass features an invisible metallic layer that allows natural light to pass through while improving performance. Certain coatings help reflect heat, increase energy efficiency, and make the glass easier to maintain.

Tempered

Laminated

Tempered Glass is heated to high temperatures and rapidly cooled, making it up to four times stronger than annealed glass. When broken, it shatters into small, blunt pieces designed to reduce the risk of injury.

Laminated Glass is made by bonding two panes of glass with a clear interlayer. If broken, the glass remains held together, improving safety and helping protect against forced entry.

Insulated Glass Units

All door products are equipped with insulated glass units (IGUs). IGUs are available in double- or triple-pane configurations and are designed to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and durability.

Each insulated glass unit is covered by a 20-year warranty against seal failure, meeting the highest standards in the fenestration industry. IGU thickness varies by product and configuration, with glass panes available in annealed, heat-treated, tempered, or laminated options. Units can also be customized with low-emissivity (Low-E) coatings, tints, or decorative patterns.

All exterior-facing glass surfaces include a NEAT® protective coating, which helps reduce water spotting and allows for easier, low-maintenance cleaning.

Spacer Systems & Gas Fill use advanced warm-edge spacer technologies to separate glass panes and improve overall performance. Stainless steel and flexible composite spacers help reduce heat transfer, while dry air, argon, or argon-krypton gas fills enhance thermal insulation and sound reduction.

Decorative Options include grids or internal blinds sealed inside the insulated glass unit. These elements add visual interest or functionality while remaining protected from dust and moisture, with no need for cleaning or maintenance.

The tech took his shoes off. He’s the first vendor to be that respectful. We had a 35 year old Anderson window repaired. They repaired the sash balance, built two new screens, and replaced broken glass with new tempered glass and argon gas. It only took an hour and a half and looks like new. I didn’t even have to touch up trim paint. It was much cheaper than replacing with new quality Anderson windows and by not replacing all of the windows match. I couldn’t be happier.

I needed individual panes replaced on a large house due to moisture seepage. Ardmor was the only vendor I could find who would replace the individual panes which were 25 in number without having to get entirely new windows. They performed an exemplary job very painstakingly even built a carpentry workshop in my garage. And the price was very reasonable compared to the cost of getting new windows. I was able to successfully sell the house partly thanks to their excellent work. I would recommend them for any job requiring replacement or new windows.

This is our first time we have used ARDMOR and I’m extremely satisfied with their work. We had a window with a small crack which allowed the gas inside to escape and turn the window cloudy. I contacted them and they came out and reviewed the necessary work and sent me a quote within hours. The work was scheduled about three weeks ago and they gave me several updates to remind me of the scheduled work. They came on time and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Very professional and respectful of the interior and exterior house area. The replacement window looks great! I would highly recommend this company. I replaced my back door with a sliding door. Overall really good experience from the quote to the installation. Installation took one day and they cleaned up well.
The only issue is when they installed the interior drywall to surround the new door. Most of the pieces did not match up to the current drywall (too thick or thin), broken pieces were used, and there were big gaps and a few nails sticking out. I was aware that they were not going to finish it completely but this just seemed sloppy.
Other than that, no complaints!

I contacted Ardmor to replace a multiple crack living room bay window. On my first appointment they sent someone out to look at the job so that they could order the glass. They informed me that they would contact be for installation once the glass was received. About a month later I was contacted to set-up the installment appointment. I set my appointment for the following week and my installer arrived early and got straight to work. The installer completed the work with in the time period that I was given. After the installation He cleaned the window and the area around the window. I was very pleased with the results and would call them again for any window need, I also am thinking about using them to replace some of my doors. Excellent work!! I had the glass in my patio door replaced because it had moisture in between the glass panes and started to have a gray look.
